My husband and I were looking to do a small bathroom reno and came across ODIMA construction through a Google search. We had done our research, got a few different quotes, but decided to go with Reza and his team based on his extensive knowledge, expertise, incredible customer service and reasonable prices. From day one, Reza made sure our every request was met and nothing seemed out of reach. He was always available any time we had a question or concern and made sure to stay within our budget. If we ever had a concern, he would send a skilled tradesman over - mostly within hours. We had never experienced service like that before! We originally planned to do a minor repair as we had a leak in the shower, but decided to renovate most of our principle bathroom to make it our dream spa. This included new floors + tiles, a custom heated steam shower bench, upgraded steamer w/Aroma feature, shower niche with lights and new countertops. From start to finish, it was such a pleasant experience and each member of his crew who entered our home was pleasant, respectful and a master of their trade. I have to say that Reza and Al (brothers) Went beyond my expectations during our 3rd floor renovation in Yorkville. After neighbors agreed to give access and then refused access and then finally going to the city for relief, which they granted, which took 60 days and $. The construction still continued and there crew, had to physically hand to hand each 2x4, 2x8, through scaffolding to the 3rd floor, along with roofing plywood etc. It was a nightmare. (Neighbors more). Al and Reza continued onward and the renovated space turned out unbelievable. Reza or Al were always onsite and promptly returned phone or text messages. I’ve sold Real Estate for over 25 years in Toronto and I have to admit Odima Construction is who YOU want for your next renovation.
