Reza and the ODIMA team built our current house back in 2016 and we've loved living in this space ever since. We really enjoy the open-concept design and the house still feels very current even after all these years. Reza is also very responsive and helpful whenever we need help with reno projects and fixes. If we ever had a concern, he would send a skilled tradesman over - mostly within hours. We had never experienced service like that before! We originally planned to do a minor repair as we had a leak in the shower, but decided to renovate most of our principle bathroom to make it our dream spa. This included new floors + tiles, a custom heated steam shower bench, upgraded steamer w/Aroma feature, shower niche with lights and new countertops. From start to finish, it was such a pleasant experience and each member of his crew who entered our home was pleasant, respectful and a master of their trade. Reza’s crew makes you feel like family throughout the whole experience and if you’re looking for perfection, I HIGHLY recommend ODIMA construction.

I have to say that Reza and Al (brothers)
Went beyond my expectations during our 3rd floor renovation in Yorkville.
After neighbors agreed to give access and then refused access and then finally going to the city for relief, which they granted, which took 60 days and $.
The construction still continued and there crew, had to physically hand to hand each 2x4, 2x8, through scaffolding to the 3rd floor, along with roofing plywood etc.
It was a nightmare. (Neighbors more).
Al and Reza continued onward and the renovated space turned out unbelievable.
Reza or Al were always onsite and promptly returned phone or text messages.
I’ve sold Real Estate for over 25 years in Toronto and I have to admit
Odima Construction is who YOU want for your next renovation.

We had the pleasure of working with Reza to help us create our dream home. Reza and his team helped us renovate an entire home top to bottom a lot faster than we had initially planned especially considering COVID restrictions and supply issues etc. A large project like ours can be extremely stressful but Reza and his team helped guide us throughout the process to make it as smooth as possible.

From large structural changes to fine detailing in our cabinetry, Odima works with the best trades and are very impressed with how our vision was brought to reality.

Reza himself was very professional, efficient and most importantly, friendly. He responds very quickly and always has someone we can reach if he is busy. We hear stories of typical contractors who disappear during a project or give excuses but we never felt this way with Reza and his team, he was always present and available for us as if were his priority all along.

We had the pleasure of working with Reza to help us create our dream home. Reza and his team helped us renovate an entire home top to bottom a lot faster than we had initially planned especially considering COVID restrictions and supply issues etc. A large project like ours can be extremely stressful but Reza and his team helped guide us throughout the process to make it as smooth as possible.

Communication is very important during any project, needless to say how much more critical it became during the time of restriction. I was very particular in how I wanted cabinets to look like and all my ideas came to reality exactly how I wanted. Al and Reza advised on the design of finishing touches and transformed my kitchen  from old traditional into modern loft type with the touch of traditional elements.
