Reza and the ODIMA team built our current house back in 2016 and we've loved living in this space ever since. We really enjoy the open-concept design and the house still feels very current even after all these years. Reza is also very responsive and helpful whenever we need help with reno projects and fixes. Overall we've had a great experience with ODIMA and would recommend their services!

Went beyond my expectations during our 3rd floor renovation in Yorkville.
After neighbors agreed to give access and then refused access and then finally going to the city for relief, which they granted, which took 60 days and $.
The construction still continued and there crew, had to physically hand to hand each 2x4, 2x8, through scaffolding to the 3rd floor, along with roofing plywood etc.
It was a nightmare. (Neighbors more).
Al and Reza continued onward and the renovated space turned out unbelievable.
Reza or Al were always onsite and promptly returned phone or text messages.
I’ve sold Real Estate for over 25 years in Toronto and I have to admit
Odima Construction is who YOU want for your next renovation.

From large structural changes to fine detailing in our cabinetry, Odima works with the best trades and are very impressed with how our vision was brought to reality.

Reza himself was very professional, efficient and most importantly, friendly. He responds very quickly and always has someone we can reach if he is busy. We hear stories of typical contractors who disappear during a project or give excuses but we never felt this way with Reza and his team, he was always present and available for us as if were his priority all along.

Reza is a very nice and patient person. The construction team did everything well, they communicate with you on time. If there is anything wrong they will fix them for you without complaints. Also, if you are the kind of person that wants your house to be in a certain style but does not want to pick every material by yourself, Reza has a great sense of aesthetics. You will not be disappointed with his choices.

Odima is great to work with and they are professional Home builders!
They are very quick when it comes to doing the job and very responsive. We did a Renovation / Extension of our main floor and it turned out beautiful and we love it! Thanks guys for the great work, I'll send you more clients ;)
