8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Insurance Coverage
Odima Construction Group Inc. maintains appropriate insurance coverage including general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, and is approved by Tarion Warranty Corporation.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Obtaining necessary permits (unless specified otherwise in contract)
- Providing accurate property information
- Ensuring safe access to work areas
- Removing personal items from work areas
9. Project Timeline and Delays
9.1 Estimated Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, permit delays, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
9.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
