I have to say that Reza and Al (brothers) Went beyond my expectations during our 3rd floor renovation in Yorkville. After neighbors agreed to give access and then refused access and then finally going to the city for relief, which they granted, which took 60 days and $. The construction still continued and there crew, had to physically hand to hand each 2x4, 2x8, through scaffolding to the 3rd floor, along with roofing plywood etc. It was a nightmare. (Neighbors more). Al and Reza continued onward and the renovated space turned out unbelievable. Reza or Al were always onsite and promptly returned phone or text messages.
